Job Responsibilities: Invoicing & Logistics: Preparation of invoices, debit and credit notes Coordinating timely dispatches with proper packaging Healthcare Audits: Handling internal and external audits, including those by FDA and supplier companies Supply Chain Management: Overseeing freight forwarding, import procedures, and customs clearance Inventory Management: Planning inventory and ensuring proper storage, including temperature-controlled environments Communication & Coordination: Acting as the central point of contact between suppliers, distributors, and internal teams Required Skills and Experience: Strong command of the English language (written and verbal) Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, and report generation Sound understanding of sales and operational workflows Familiarity with Tally or other invoicing/accounting software Knowledge in Medical Devices will be added advantage.
