Operations We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Visual Designer to support our design team in creating visually compelling content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, understands design fundamentals, and thrives in a collaborative environment Job Profile: Assistant Visual Designer Responsibilities Assist in designing marketing materials like brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, internal creatives and support the creation of print assets: calendars, stickers, T-shirt designs, newspaper ads, etc. Create and adapt digital designs for web and social: social posts, stories, promo visuals, slides, podcast/webinar creatives, etc. Prepare and organize files for print production and digital publishing, maintain brand consistency across platforms. Respond positively to feedback and assist with multiple iterations of designs Requirements 0 to 2 years of experience in social media platforms, content formats and exposure to tools like Figma, PowerPoint, or Trello. Understanding of design fundamentals: color theory, typography, layout Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva and basic knowledge of print production, motion design or video editing tool Ability to follow brand guidelines, work on multiple projects, strong communication and time-management skills Location: Mumbai Salary: 3 to 3.5 LPA
