We are a young, dynamic startup currently in the growth phase, and we are looking for Sales & Operations Executive to join our team and help scale our mission. Role Overview At Throughlocals, you will play a key role in driving both sales and operational success. You will be the bridge between our travelers, local hosts, and internal team — ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience from the first sales call to the actual delivery of the local experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct sales calls with leads generated through our marketing efforts and CRM system. Manage follow-ups and coordinate with hosts to ensure successful execution of booked experiences. Support the team in onboarding new vendors/hosts , guiding them through our platform and quality expectations. Maintain and update lead lists, booking records, and vendor details using Excel and CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and partnerships teams to provide a seamless customer journey. Support general operations tasks as needed in a fast-evolving startup environment. Who You Are Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable making sales calls and speaking with diverse customers and vendors. Well-organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel. Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets , CRM tools, and maintaining organized records. Proactive and a self-starter — able to take initiative and ownership in a startup environment. Interest in the travel and local experiences industry is a big plus. Qualifications Prior experience in sales, operations, or customer success is an advantage. Good command of Tamil and English. Why Join Us?
