Sales & Operations Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Female Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, confident on calls, and open to traveling when needed. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Lead Management: Conduct outbound cold calls to leads for Teacher Training Programs and studio memberships. Follow up with inquiries from digital channels, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Effectively communicate course details, membership plans, and pricing. Track lead conversions and update CRM systems or lead trackers regularly. Franchise Coordination: Serve as a daily liaison for franchise partners to address operational queries and updates. Coordinate training schedules, studio activities, audits, and virtual check-ins. Support on boarding for new franchise locations and team members. Back-End Operations & HR Support: Call shortlisted candidates for internal hiring needs and schedule interviews. Maintain candidate databases, interview schedules, and recruitment status reports. Assist in generating and maintaining operational reports for different departments (Sales, HR, Training, etc.). Help organize internal workshops, meetings, training sessions, and travel plans as needed. Ensure coordination across departments to support smooth workflows and internal communication. Requirements: Min. HSC Passed 1–3 years of experience in sales and recruitment support, . Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written). Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools. Comfortable with travel for events, studio visits, and coordination activities.
