Sales Operations Assistant

Role Overview: As a Sales Operations Assistant, you will be crucial in supporting the sales team by ensuring data accuracy, simplifying contract workflows, and maintaining CRM integrity. Your attention to detail and proficiency in Salesforce will be vital in this role, making it an ideal fit for someone who values operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Enter order dates for new contracts in Salesforce - Clean up Salesforce data by deleting duplicate accounts and inactivating outdated contacts - Assist in documentating and tracking contracts - Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure timely data entry and support territory and account alignment - Generate basic reports and dashboards - Track sales performance metrics such as lead and task tracking, win/loss, and product and client information - Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend improvements to streamline operations - Coordinate with finance, marketing, and enablement teams to maintain data consistency - Support the onboarding of new sales team members by assisting with CRM setup Qualifications Required: - Higher education preferred - Eagerness to learn and work with cutting-edge technology, especially Salesforce.com - 1+ years of Salesforce experience - 1+ years of experience in reporting, research, and dashboards in Salesforce preferred - Effective communication skills with both US and India based associates - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask with multiple priorities - Detail-oriented with analytical and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite solutions, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access Additional Company Details (if present): Most of the work will be conducted in a seated, climate-controlled office environment.
