Job Description

Role Overview: Join a dynamic and high-performing sales team at Cisco dedicated to driving growth and innovation within the commercial select client segment. The team is committed to fostering a culture of excellence in forecasting, strategic client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with senior leadership to define and execute impactful segment strategies, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Build strong C-level relationships and lead transformational deals that expand the account footprint through upselling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements by collaborating with Virtual Sales Account Managers (VSAMs) - Learn to design tailored solutions to meet customer needs - Support in creating comprehensive solution presentations and Bills of Quantity (BOQ) - Ensure all deliverables are reviewed and validated by the customer's Systems Engineer (SE) and appropriately handed over to VSAMs - Assist the team in achieving and exceeding regional sales targets - Aid in the development and execution of focused sales strategies promoting renewals and new business expansion Qualifications Required: - Must have completed a 3-year Bachelors Degree (BBA, B.Sc, and BCA) - Graduated in 2025 with a degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate - Available for a period of 12 months starting January 2025 - Good communication skills and a desire to learn with proactive engagement in a team - Enrolled as a "student" on https://nats.education.gov.in/ with a valid student enrolment number issued by NATS Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree (3 Years- BBA, B.Sc, and BCA) with no active backlogs - Basic Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel and Power Point) - Good communication skills, passion & desire to learn, Can-do attitude, proactive engagement, solutions seeking & a team player - Graduated in 2025 with a degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate *Additional Company Details:* Cisco is revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era and beyond.
