Job Description

Urgent requirement
Position: FMCG Field Executive
Brand/Product: American Tourister (Bags, Luggage, Backpacks, Travel Accessories)
Experience: 1–3 Years in FMCG / Field Sales / Retail Sales
Location: Raipur

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned market routes, retail stores, luggage dealers, and modern trade outlets to promote American Tourister products.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and display as per brand standards.
Take daily/weekly orders from retailers and ensure timely delivery through distributors.
Execute company schemes, offers, and promotional activities in the market.
Train retailers and store staff about new products, features, and USPs.
Track market performance, competition offers, pricing, and customer demand trends.
Maintain inventory records, stock levels, and ensure proper replenishment at outlets.
Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective route planning and market coverage.
Prepare daily reporting (DCR), sales updates, and competitor analysis.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate preferred.
Experience in FMCG or retail field sales is a strong advantage.
Good communication & negotiation skills.
Ability to travel in the field and manage route planning.
Energetic, target-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated.
