Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Visit distributors and retailers regularly to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Expand market coverage by appointing new retailers and improving distribution.
• Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence with the team.
• Ensure proper execution of schemes, promotions, and merchandising at outlets.
• Maintain good relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists.
• Review secondary & primary sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from the market.

Requirements:

• Graduation preferred.
• 1–4 years of sales experience in FMCG (food/beverage/personal care).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local market and distributor handling.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
