Role Overview

Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Generate leads through field activity, networking, and referrals
• Conduct in-person meetings and site visits with clients
• Present project details and handle all client inquiries professionally
• Negotiate terms and close high-value real estate deals
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
• Keep updated on market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape
• Manage records and client pipelines using CRM tools

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial)
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive sales approach
• Comfortable with fieldwork and client-facing roles
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)
• Good understanding of the Delhi NCR property market
