Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for market functions such as territory planning, seizing market opportunities, engaging with distributors, managing trade spends, and ensuring in-store visibility. Additionally, you will lead the people function by motivating and driving performance, coaching FSAs, implementing training interventions, and recruiting FSAs. Your role will also involve handling administrative tasks like submitting paperwork and coordinating with CFA and Distributors. Key Responsibilities: - Plan territory to optimize coverage, infrastructure, visibility, and service levels - Identify and capitalize on market opportunities by building strong business cases - Collaborate with distributors to establish long-term relationships and support growth - Manage trade spends effectively for maximum results - Ensure in-store visibility and execution as per MARS standards - Lead, monitor, motivate, and drive performance using selling tools and incentive programs - Coach FSAs on the Mars Sales & Distribution system and enhance productivity - Conduct structured training interventions to upskill the FSA team - Recruit FSAs based on targeted profiles within specified timelines - Submit trade and distributor-related paperwork in a timely manner - Coordinate with CFA and Distributors to ensure adherence to PDP and delivery schedules Qualifications Required: - Ability to deliver consistent results - Action-oriented with strong planning and priority-setting skills - Driven to achieve results - Proficient in creating collaborative relationships - Demonstrates excellence in customer service - Knowledgeable in route to market optimization Role Overview: You will be responsible for market functions such as territory planning, seizing market opportunities, engaging with distributors, managing trade spends, and ensuring in-store visibility.
