You are a proactive and experienced Sales Officer sought by Moksa Expect Miracles Foods LLP to join their team full-time in Delhi / Gurugram. The focus of this role is on B2B sales in both Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) sectors, covering Delhi NCR and Gurugram. Your responsibilities will include managing and growing sales across A+ category stores, maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing retail partners, identifying and onboarding new A+ outlets, driving channel sales strategy and execution, and ensuring availability, visibility, and promotion of premium product lines. To excel in this role, you should have proven sales experience with premium or prime FMCG products / Tea Products in A+ retail stores, a strong understanding of the Delhi NCR market especially in MT and GT segments, effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. You should be self-driven with a results-oriented approach and have a track record of achieving sales targets. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. The products you will be working with are premium green teas, teas, and superfoods. The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience in the field. The salary offered is in the range of 3-5 LPA depending on knowledge and experience.
