Sales Officer - Modern Trade

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop business in assigned modern trade accounts (e.g., supermarkets, hypermarkets, large retail chains).
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display as per company standards.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Regularly visit stores to monitor stock levels, merchandising, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate shelf space, promotions, and visibility agreements with store representatives.
• Coordinate with distributors, merchandisers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Implement promotional plans, sampling activities, and in-store offers.
• Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Build strong relationships with key account managers and store managers.
• Resolve issues related to product returns, order fulfillment, and billing.
