Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory.
Handle and manage distributor operations effectively to ensure consistent supply and availability.
Recruit, guide, and manage a team of Sales Representatives for improved market coverage.
Expand distribution footprint by covering vacant areas and new towns.
Ensure proper execution of trade marketing and visibility initiatives.
Monitor competitor activities and share regular market intelligence reports.
Drive secondary sales through effective retailer engagement and relationship building.

Requirements:

Graduate with min 4 years of FMCG sales experience (General Trade).
Strong exposure to distributor handling and team management.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Should be based in Jaipur.
