Job Description
1. Contractor Management and Dealer Management
2. Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads
3. Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
4. Communicate with leads and customers
5. Answer all lead and customer questions accurately
6. Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
7. Advise on appropriate purchase options
8. Promote specific products as directed by upper management
9. Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
10. Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
