Sales Officer – Home Loan (DSA Office)

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer – Home Loan to join our DSA office in Pune (Karve Nagar). The ideal candidate will drive home loan sales by generating leads, converting walk-ins, and maintaining strong relationships with builders, channel partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads from walk-ins, digital platforms, and partner referrals.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable home loan products.
• Coordinate with DSA owner and backend teams for documentation and closures.
• Guide customers through eligibility checks, documentation, and disbursement.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and loan disbursals.
• Prepare daily MIS and weekly performance reports.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Understanding of home loan processes and financial products.
• Target-driven attitude with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools (preferred).
• Experience with Banks, DSAs, or channel partners is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in home loan or BFSI sales preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales attitude can also apply.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
