From land procurement to designing the perfect nature home, from building it to manage the property, we curate every step Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Generate leads and convert them into sales. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and investors. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their real estate goals. Property Sales: Conduct property viewings, present properties to potential buyers, and negotiate terms of sale. Provide detailed information about property features, pricing, and market conditions. Market Research: Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Provide clients with current market insights and recommendations. Sales Strategy: Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of business. Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process. Documentation: Prepare and manage sales contracts, agreements, and other documentation. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketing and property management staff, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
