Sales Officer (Gujarat)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Officer with a strong background in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing channel partners, and ensuring effective market execution in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Execute trade promotions, merchandising, and visibility activities as per the company guidelines.
• Monitor secondary sales and ensure timely stock replenishment at outlets.
• Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
• Train and guide field sales representatives (if any) to achieve their objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 - 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry (Food/Beverage/Personal Care/Home Care segments preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the Vadodara market and surrounding areas.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the territory.

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage).
