Job Title: Sales Officer – Pain Relief Product (PAINOFIX) Location: West Bengal (Siliguri) Company: Goswain Herbs Pvt Ltd Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to promote and sell PAINOFIX , our ayurvedic pain relief product. The role requires market expansion, retailer engagement, and driving sales growth across North Bengal. Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Performance-based incentives available) Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote PAINOFIX in assigned territories. Identify and onboard distributors, wholesalers, and retail pharmacies. Build strong relationships with retailers, doctors, and wellness centers to increase brand visibility. Conduct product demonstrations and educate potential customers about the benefits of PAINOFIX . Achieve monthly sales targets and report market trends to the management. Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for strategic improvements. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience (preferably in Ayurveda, FMCG, OTC product, General Merchant, etc). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel across North Bengal for market visits.
