Primary Responsibilities:

Sourcing Business- Solely responsible to source business through open market
Need to create database of potential customers using lead generation tools
Will work in catchment area and seek out new

sales

opportunities for driving revenue
Relationship with customers

Officer

need to build and develop good relation with customers and cater their gold

loan needs according the requirement
Need to sustain long-lasting relations with customers to focus more renewals of loan.
Promotional Activities
Need to generate more business for team by conducting promotional activities like distribution of leaflet, canopy activity, ATM activities
Need to conduct activities in residential & industrial places to create awareness of Gold

loan amongst
Login FTR files at Local Ops/RAOPS
Follow up with the Local Ops/RAOPS and ensure all cases are disbursed timely and not screwed towards the end of the month.
