Sales Officer - Gold Loan

As a Sales Officer Gold Loan, your role involves sourcing Gold Loan Customers from the Open Market through various marketing activities, cold calls, and references. You will collaborate closely with branches to convert branch leads into Gold Loan business. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting marketing activities in the open market daily to generate leads. - Following up on branch leads and converting them. - Successfully converting leads into logins. - Achieving the assigned monthly productivity targets. - Sourcing a quality portfolio. Your specific duties will include: - Meeting the daily sourcing budget (New to Bank) in terms of numbers and value. - Mapping the assigned area to identify its potential. - Creating leads through activities for acquiring New to Bank customers. - Logging daily leads in the lead management system. - Meeting a minimum of 10 new customers daily and documenting the Daily Sale Report digitally and physically. - Ensuring the smooth onboarding of new customers to the bank by coordinating effectively with branch staff. - Educating customers on scheme details, interest servicing, and renewals. - Maintaining a diary and always being punctual for appointments. - Understanding products, industry practices, and trends to suggest necessary system/process changes to respective verticals. This role is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. Prior experience in Banking/NBFC or any loan product sales is preferred.
