Sales Officer - Gold Loan

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our Gold Loan division. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales or customer service within the Banking or NBFC sector and a strong understanding of financial products, particularly gold loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business by promoting gold loan products to potential customers.
• Manage walk-in customers effectively and ensure prompt service.
• Conduct initial evaluation of gold ornaments for loan processing as per company policy.
• Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines during loan processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, and disbursement.
• Maintain proper records and MIS reports for daily branch activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or gold loan operations within the Banking or NBFC sector.
• Good knowledge of gold loan products and market practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a proactive attitude.
