Sales Officer

As an Automobile Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales targets, including VAS sales targets. You will be in charge of generating sales leads, following up with customers, and conducting regular field activities. By attending to customer inquiries, you will have the opportunity to determine their needs and effectively communicate how our products can meet those needs. In order to achieve targeted sales, you will need to identify potential marketing opportunities and contribute to new vehicle sales. Utilizing the Toyota Dealer Management System, you will offer test drives to customers and enhance the booking process by providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely money receipt transactions. Additionally, your role will involve achieving VAS sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing delivery and obtaining feedback from customers three days post-delivery. Your dedication to meeting sales goals and providing exceptional service will be key to your success in this position.
