Job Description

Role Overview: - Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to maintain relationships and uncover new sales opportunities - Schedule appointments and hold in-person meetings to present product portfolio and address customer requirements - Create and deliver clear presentations on white goods accessories - Generate accurate quotes, negotiate pricing, and process customer orders efficiently - Proactively identify customer needs and suggest solutions - Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner - Maintain relationships with white goods suppliers Qualification Required: - At least 1 year of experience in the Electrical or Home Appliances industry and 1 year of experience in B2B sales - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time - Motivated and customer-oriented individual with a sales background and passion for exceptional service Additional Details: - Performance bonus included in compensation package - Possible relocation to Ernakulam, Kerala, with relocation package support (Note: The above job description is a summary based on the provided details),
