Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Officer to join our team in the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the building materials sector.
  • Strong knowledge of building materials and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Familiarity with sales software and technology to manage sales activities and customer interactions.
