Sales Office (Cosmetic sales)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving sales and business development in the cosmetic, baby, Organic product, Ayurvedic industry. Your role will involve achieving and exceeding sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and managing distributor relationships effectively. An MBA qualification will be considered an added advantage for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory. - Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners. - Ensure effective distributor onboarding, training, and performance monitoring. - Negotiate terms and agreements with distributors and key clients to maximize profitability. - Foster long-term relationships with stakeholders to ensure sustained business growth. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies. - Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product development teams. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in OTC sales within the cosmetic, baby, Organic product, Ayurvedic, FMCG industry. - Adeptness in distributor management and strong negotiation skills. - An MBA qualification will be considered an added advantage. Note: Benefit includes health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule consists of day shift, fixed shift, and morning shift. The work location is in person.
