Sales & Marketing Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Trainee to support our aluminium product promotion efforts across Mumbai, Maharashtra and nearby areas. This is an on-field trainee role ideal for freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience who are looking to grow their career in the building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local markets, dealers, and retail stores regularly.
• Interact with store owners and end customers to promote aluminium products.
• Generate quality leads through physical visits and customer interactions.
• Build a local database of potential clients and maintain follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for quotations, samples, and order closures.
• Support in achieving revenue targets through consistent market efforts.
• Collect market insights and share feedback with the management team.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / MBA (Any discipline)
• Experience: 0–3 years in sales or marketing (preferably in aluminium/building materials)
• Skills Required:
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and presentable
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Languages: Hindi and English fluency preferred
