Sales & Marketing Trainee

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Trainee with excellent English communication skills to support our customer acquisition and business development efforts. We are looking for energetic MBA graduates eager to start their careers in a client-facing, revenue-driven role.

The trainee will work closely with senior sales and marketing professionals and will be trained on product positioning, customer engagement, and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and cold calls to prospective customers to introduce 9Envoy’s products and services
• Communicate clearly and professionally with potential clients, primarily in English
• Understand customer requirements and identify qualified sales opportunities
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research
• Conduct basic market and industry research to identify potential customers
• Assist in preparing sales pitches, quotations, and proposals
• Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales team members
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
• Follow up with leads to nurture prospects and support deal closure
• Support the execution of sales and marketing campaigns
• Learn to understand customer businesses and map solutions accordingly

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• MBA (Mandatory) – Specialization in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) – Mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good understanding of sales and marketing concepts
• Confidence in speaking with customers over phone and video calls
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to build a career in sales
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
