The Sales Marketing Position is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. As a Sales Marketing professional, you will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing marketing strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training for team members. Your daily tasks will involve building and nurturing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with other departments to design and execute marketing campaigns. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in sales and sales management, experience in training team members, strong problem-solving and organizational abilities, as well as the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Previous experience in the Solar industry would be considered advantageous.
