As an Associate in the Sales Planning & Analysis Reporting team, you will be responsible for maintaining management reports for front office sales, creating presentations for the Operating Committee and the Board of Directors, and coordinating revenue budgeting and forecasting processes. You will engage in competitor benchmarking, client profitability analysis, and actively participate in transformation initiatives using new technology solutions like Alteryx and Tableau. You will collaborate with business partners across various teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of initiatives, while also guiding and upskilling junior team members.

Job Responsibilities

• Report periodic revenue numbers to front office sales, maintaining sales team and individual scorecards as well as management scorecards.
• Produce presentations for business reviews, offsites, and townhalls, along with analysis and supporting materials for key internal stakeholders, including senior management.
• Support and participate in ad-hoc requests as needed.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system migrations, both upstream and downstream.
• Benchmark competitor quarterly revenue submissions under stringent timelines.
• Analyze client profitability and provide associated reporting to senior management.
• Engage actively in the transformation agenda by participating in and adapting to new technology solutions such as Alteryx and Tableau.
• Collaborate with business partners across P&A, technology teams, lines of business, and the firm to ensure timely, accurate, and effective delivery of recurring and ad-hoc initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including sales business managers, regional leads, firm-wide, functional fice, and lines of business teams.
• Maintain various sales reference data and controls to ensure the accuracy of revenue numbers in the system.
• Guide and support junior team members by providing direction on prioritization, training, and upskilling.

• Strong technical and analytical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Business Objects, Alteryx and Tableau
• Ability to navigate multiple data sets and synthesize into cohesive presentation and recommendations
• Detail oriented with the ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Team oriented, inquisitive, critical thinker who anticipates questions from internal clients and senior management

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skill

• At least 4 years of relevant P&A experience, preferably in the ficial services industry
