With over 15 years of real estate experience in different cities of Gujarat, our goal is to provide comprehensive real estate solutions in residential, commercial, retail, project marketing, and warehousing segments for buying, selling, leasing, and investment. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Manager role at SPACE ROOTS Property Consultant in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the real estate industry.QualificationsSales, Negotiation, and Communication skills, Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills, Knowledge of Real Estate market trends and regulations Experience in Residential and Commercial property sales, Strong networking and prospecting abilities, Ability to work independently and in a team.
