Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the equipment hire business Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and infrastructure companies Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and rental agreements Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth service delivery Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve any service issues promptly Requirements: 10–12 years of proven experience in the construction equipment rental industry, preferably in Mini Excavator / Poclain services Strong network in the construction and infrastructure sector Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth Willingness to travel as required

Key Responsibilities Make service follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction. Collect and document customer feedback for continuous improvement. Address basic service concerns and escalate technical issues to the relevant team. Inform customers about new products, offers, or services. Coordinate with the sales department by forwarding new leads or order inquiries. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
