Job Description

Key Responsibilities Make service follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction. Collect and document customer feedback for continuous improvement. Address basic service concerns and escalate technical issues to the relevant team. Inform customers about new products, offers, or services. Coordinate with the sales department by forwarding new leads or order inquiries. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly. Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business and refereferral Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability Basic understanding of sales and customer service processes Ability to coordinate between teams effectively Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred) Candidate Profile: Gender: Female (required) Education: Graduate in any discipline Experience: 1–3 years in customer service or sales coordination Job Role Mix: 50% Customer Service 50% Sales Coordination Salary: As per industry standards + incentives Joining: Immediate
