Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales & Marketing Manager to manage walk-in patients at the hospital reception, explain treatment plans post-consultation, and ensure sales closure for IP (In-Patient) & OP (Out-Patient) treatments. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between the doctor and the patient, ensuring that patients clearly understand and proceed with the suggested treatments. The role also involves handling incoming/outgoing calls, guiding patients to the right department or consultation.   Key Responsibilities: Attend walk-in patients post their doctor consultation and explain prescribed treatments. Convince patients to proceed with treatment plans as advised by doctors. Handle counter sales responsibilities – including price discussion, packages, offers, etc. Ensure sales closing for both in-patient and out-patient services. Attend and manage incoming and outgoing calls, guide patients to the right consultation. Maintain patient interaction logs, sales conversion records, and follow-up schedules. Coordinate with doctors, front office, and administration teams for smooth patient experience. Educate patients about ongoing health packages or promotional offers. Work closely with the marketing team for retail promotions and service outreach.   Skills Required: Strong sales communication and client handling skills. Excellent convincing ability and relationship management. Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach. Experience in B2C or retail sales, preferably in healthcare or wellness industry. Efficient in handling calls and front-desk interactions. Organized and capable of multi-tasking under pressure.   Preferred Background: Proven experience in sales coordination, client meetings, and sales closure.   Additional Notes: This role requires strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to build trust with patients. Your proactive involvement directly impacts hospital revenue and patient satisfaction. Knowledge of local language(s) is an added advantage.
