Position Overview The Sales & Demand Manager is responsible for driving room bookings and maximizing occupancy and revenue across Let’s Inn properties. The role involves developing demand generation strategies, managing OTA performance, building partnerships, and leading promotional campaigns to achieve monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and occupancy targets for assigned properties. Develop and implement sales strategies to boost direct and indirect bookings. Manage OTA listings (Booking.com, Airbnb, Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, etc.) for visibility and conversions. Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and influencer collaborations. Build relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and tour operators. Conduct competitor analysis and adjust pricing strategies to optimize revenue. Track booking trends, guest feedback, and performance data to support decisions. Visit properties to ensure quality and readiness. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
