📢 We’re Hiring: Sales & Marketing Manager Position: Sales & Marketing Manager Company: Shiv Machinery Location: Based in Ahmedabad Territory: PAN India Industry: Medical Devices/Hospital Equipment Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer base. 2. Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential customers in the pharma and medical industry. Convert leads into long-term business relationships. 3. Client Relationship Management: Regular follow-ups with clients for repeat and new business. Provide product knowledge, quotations, and support during negotiations. 4. Field Sales & Travel: Travel across India to meet clients, visit sites, and close deals. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. 5. Reporting & Coordination: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports. Coordinate with internal departments for timely order fulfillment. 6. Marketing Activities: Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events. Coordinate with the design team for brochures, catalogs, and digital materials. 7. Market Research & Reporting: Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback. Suggest improvements in products or strategies based on client input. 8. Team Coordination: Work closely with the production and service team to fulfill client requirements. Coordinate internally for smooth order processing and delivery. 9. Travel & Field Visits: Frequent travel across India for client meetings and business expansion.
