Sales & Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

As a Sales and Marketing Manager in the Real Estate industry, your role involves overseeing the day-to-day sales and marketing operations to meet sales targets effectively. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans, identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and supervising advertising and promotion activities. Additionally, you will update and manage social media profiles, monitor project deliverables, and manage the budget in line with allocation limits. Your expertise in property trends and market opportunities will be crucial in formulating marketing activities and analyzing sales trends. You will also be responsible for managing overall sales and marketing activities, including market research, sales presentations, and legal documentation related to sales and property management. Timely submission of sales reports is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans - Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through various mediums - Manage client relationships and agent interactions - Supervise daily growth and development of campaigns - Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities - Update and manage social media profiles - Monitor and follow up on project deliverables - Compile, control, and monitor the budget - Formulate marketing activities based on property trends and market opportunities - Manage overall sales and marketing activities, including research, presentations, and legal documentation - Submit monthly and quarterly sales reports on time Qualifications Required: - 9-13 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, with 6-7 years at a managerial level - Experience in strategy development for Residential & Commercial Properties and Real Estate Developments - Masters degree in Marketing - Fluency in English & Gujarati In this full-time role, you will be based in Ahmedabad and will receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
