Role Description

The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee marketing strategies and sales initiatives to drive growth and customer acquisition. Responsibilities include identifying target markets, executing campaigns, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and analyzing market trends to optimize strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Rajkot Area.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing, with strong skills in market analysis, campaign execution, and lead generation.
Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and manage marketing budgets effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools to track and analyze sales performance.
Ability to lead, manage, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Prior experience in the manufacturing or water treatment industry is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
