Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR activities, including developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Daily tasks will include supporting HR management, assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, and helping manage employee records. Qualifications Knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits Skills in Personnel Management Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Prior internship or experience in HR is a plus Show more Show less
