SALES & MARKETING MANAGER – South Asia

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales operations for

  South Asia

  markets, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
• Conduct regular distributor meetings to address gaps, provide training, and monitor sales performance.
• Develop and manage first-tier and second-tier distributors, ensuring market coverage and stable supply.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing technical and commercial support, product presentations, and handling contract negotiations.
• Drive sales with key accounts to strengthen brand presence and market share.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing campaigns; explore new business opportunities via market research.
• Respond swiftly to customer needs and resolve issues to maintain strong relationships.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
• Stay updated on market trends to identify suitable fats for manufacturers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in specialty fats, cocoa powder, or related food ingredients.
• Track record of working closely with R&D teams to deliver customized product solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
