We are hiring this role on behalf of our client based in Dubai.

Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow brand presence
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and online marketplaces
• Design and run marketing campaigns across digital, print, and retail platforms
• Lead pricing, negotiation, forecasting, and reporting
• Recruit and manage a small sales & marketing team
• Organise participation in trade fairs and promotional events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 7–10 years of sales & marketing experience (min. 3 years in related industries: camping, electronics, or FMCG)
• Strong track record in sales growth and brand building
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing and e-commerce
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Passion for outdoor products
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory
