We specialize in Software Development, Software Testing, Game Development, Data Analytics, RPA, and more. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and drive impactful digital marketing strategies to promote our services and expand our client base in Australia and New Zealand. About The Role: Experience: 1 to 3 Years Location: Infopark, Koratty, Kerala Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Manage SEO/SEM campaigns to improve website visibility and ranking. Plan and execute social media marketing across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Create and manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, case studies, and newsletters. Monitor and analyze Google Analytics and other performance metrics to evaluate campaign success. Execute and track email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot. Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate leads. Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver engaging and visually appealing campaigns. Research and implement the latest digital marketing trends and tools to enhance performance. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for campaign results and ROI analysis. Requirements: Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 1 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in IT services or B2B marketing. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz). Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Working knowledge of social media platforms and their ad managers. Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator (preferred). Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data and generate actionable insights. Creativity: Strong sense of design, branding, and content creation. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in international markets, especially Australia and New Zealand. Knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and retargeting strategies.
