Our company specialises in premium quality stainless steel water tanks , offering customers a hygienic, durable, plastic-free and high-value water storage solution. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Make dealerships and franchises. Plan and execute marketing strategies , both online and offline. Expand and manage dealer and distributor networks . Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback. Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations. Prepare regular sales reports and strategic plans for business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Candidate Requirements: 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing management , preferably in building materials, construction, or industrial products. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to take ownership of multiple business functions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
