We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with 3-7 year of experience to support our business growth. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building client relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and achieving revenue targets while promoting the company’s brand and services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients. Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Manage social media platforms, email marketing, and promotional activities. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities. Support the development of marketing strategies to attract new customers. Attend trade shows, events, or exhibitions to represent the company. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-7 year of experience in sales and marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, SEO, social media). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and customer service mindset. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
