About the Role

Drive sales and marketing as a buyer's agent: outbound calls to leads (including NRIs and

HNIs), explain projects, fix site visits, handle follow-ups, social media engagement, and build

client relationships. Entry-level with big responsibility and daily impact.


Key Responsibilities

● Call leads from portals, campaigns, and referrals.

● Explain project basics (location, configs, pricing) in simple Hindi/English.

● Coordinate site visits, follow-ups, and social media outreach.

● Update leads in tools like Excel/Google Sheets/WhatsApp.

● Hit daily targets for calls, visits, and engagement.

● Work with the social media agency for social engagement & performance marketing.


What You Bring

● Fresher or 0-1 year in sales/telecalling/BPO/marketing.

● English speaking is a must as you might be speaking with NRIs and HNIs

customers; good Hindi too.

● Confident and presentable personality.

● Comfortable with high-volume calls, targets, social media, and basic tech.

● Proactive mindset and hunger to learn/grow fast.

How much will you earn

● Fixed salary - Rs. 3.6 Lacs per annum

● Attractive sales incentives - Approx Rs. 6.4 lacs per annum
