Our Company Dengen Healthcare Pvt ltd is looking person with Key Responsibilities • Drive sales of dental Products in the assigned region. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Doctor ,Dealers, dental surgeons, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). • Identify new clients, onboard them, and ensure ongoing engagement. • Conduct regular product demos, training sessions, and chairside assistance where required. • Execute marketing activities, CMEs, and implant workshops in collaboration with the marketing team. • Track competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities. • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit regular performance reports. Mandatory Requirements • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in dental or pharma sales (dental division preferred). • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer relationships. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
