U: The Mind Company | Remote | $150-1000 USD/month | 3-Month Pilot About Us We're revolutionizing brain diagnostics with AI-Enhanced EEG technology that reduces setup from 30+ minutes to 30 seconds. We're partnering with physicians in emerging markets and research institutions in developed nations to advance global neurotechnology. The Role Strategic Social Media & Marketing Manager to guide our digital presence and support our global physician network. You'll create compelling content, manage social platforms, and coordinate marketing efforts that drive medical professional engagement and platform adoption worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Develop social media strategy for healthcare professionals Create content showcasing AI-EEG technology and success stories Support sales teams across Africa and India with marketing materials Build online communities of neurologists and healthcare facilities Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns Compensation Pilot (3 months): $150/month Month 4-6: Up to $300/month (performance-based) Year-end: Up to $500-1000/month (exceptional performance) What We Need B2B healthcare/medical technology marketing experience Strong LinkedIn and professional social media skills Experience creating content for healthcare professionals Understanding of international markets (Africa/India preferred) Excellent English communication CRM and analytics experience Why Join Us?
