Key Responsibilities:

Independently generate, manage, and convert leads bring in real clients and revenue.Take charge of onboarding customers and explaining company services.Develop and run your own marketing campaigns, strategies, and experiments.Apply creative ideas for product outreach, branding, and business growth.Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and report results to leadership.Work closely with a results-driven, entrepreneurial team.

Who Can Apply:

Open to all students and freshers from MBA, BCom, BCA, or any graduation/post-graduation stream.Must be proactive, committed, and highly motivated to grow.Exceptional communication and marketing skills required.Results-oriented,ready to manage full-cycle marketing with minimal supervision.People who thrive in fast-paced, outcome-focused environments.

Stipend & Benefits:

Performance-based stipend Up to ₹10,000–₹20,000 for 3 months (only for qualifying high performers, unpaid for others).Hands-on responsibility on real business projects.Certification and portfolio-building included.Flexible work environment and access to entrepreneurial mentorship.
