Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Marketing Internship role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The intern will assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, conducting market research, and contributing to sales management tasks. Additional responsibilities include engaging with clients, providing product information, and supporting training sessions to improve team performance and align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and understand their needs.
• Sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and close deals, as well as knowledge of Sales Management principles.
• Experience or willingness to assist in Training processes to enhance team efficiency and performance.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage tasks and address challenges with a proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and an eagerness to learn in a dynamic business environment.
