Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and generating business revenue in adherence to the organization's processes. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve the desired Order Intake as per the Annual Plan. - Focus on target segments such as Pharma & Healthcare, Durable, Non-Durables, FMCG, F&B, and other strategic segments as per the organization's plans for business generation. - Operate in allocated territory/segments to achieve business goals. - Abide by Project Excellence (PE) processes & workbooks for collecting required information and updating. - Successfully implement Winning Complex Sales (WCS) philosophy in existing inquiries to achieve the Preferred Partner Tag & win business. - Coordinate with inter-departmental teams for solution development, expert reviews, and budgeting. - Take prospective customers for relevant installation visits to showcase credentials and enhance confidence in Godrej Koerber's capability to deliver. - Attend Exhibitions & Events to ensure footfalls at the stall, actively engage with customers, and follow up with prospects post-event. - Maintain sales documents for respective inquiries for job transfer. - Provide support to the execution team post-order for any discrepancies. Qualification Required: - Essential: Bachelor of Engineering / B. Tech. - Preferred: M.B.A in Sales & Marketing Additional Company Details: Indo-German JV operating in the field of intralogistics automation with a philosophy of Conquering Supply Chain Complexity.
