Job Description

Job Overview:

The marketing executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and driving sales for the company. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify potential clients who can benefit from the company’s digital marketing services.
  • Use networking, cold calling, social media outreach, and other methods to generate new business leads.
  • Research and understand the target market and client needs.

2. Sales Presentations and Consultations:

  • Conduct consultations to understand the client’s business, goals, and pain points.
  • Present tailored digital marketing solutions that align with the client’s objectives.
  • Provide product/service demonstrations and presentations to explain the value of digital marketing strategies.

3.Negotiating and Closing Deals:

  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Close deals and ensure all client requirements are met to successfully onboard them.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

4. Collaboration with Digital Marketing Teams:

  • Work closely with the digital marketing team (SEO, PPC, social media) to ensure the delivery of services aligns with the sales commitments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales pitches and promotional materials.
  • Provide feedback from clients to the digital marketing team for continuous service improvement.

5. Market Research and Trend Analysis:

  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and how they can benefit clients.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and differentiate the company’s offerings.
  • Analyze market conditions and provide insights for sales strategies.

Requirements:

Education: Any Degree (Marketing & sales background will be an added advantage)

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
